Prairie Watercolor
This photo is something new—a watercolor version of my old stomping grounds, Cloud County.
If you get a chance to visit the Nebraska Narratives exhibit at the Starke Round Barn before September 16, you'll see some fabulous work by regional photographers, including me!

Forsythia
Every year I look forward to Spring, and I know it's arrived when the forsythias bloom.
Just a few short weeks, friends! Spring!

Plums
One of my favorites! Wild plums frozen on the branch. This is shot with a 1962 Nikkor 50mm manual lens that has the most amazing depth of field and the worst focus sensor.
It's always a challenge with this lens to get the shot I want, but sometimes what I get is even better than I planned for!
This would look great on your wall . . . <subtle hint>

Burn!
There's only one way to warm things up in Nebraska . . . a prairie fire!

Time flies . . .
After a hiatus, it's time to revive this blog!
After spending about ten years as a stock photographer (among my many other careers and hobbies), I have ended my exclusive partnership with my stock agencies. I'll always be grateful for the wonderful (free) photography education I got, and for the many wonderful photographer friends I made around the world. However, it's not 2002 anymore; the stock game is far different than it was in those halcyon days, and as a result, it's time to offer these images for direct sale. My love for agricultural, rural, and Great Plains images has not changed at all!
<p>
Using the links below the images, you can directly purchase cards, canvases, and prints, as well as negotiate licenses for digital files.

Let me hear from you if you're interested in other products or rights that you don't find via the Fotomoto links!
